What are your delivery times?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. Shipping takes 4-10 business days with Standard Shipping, and we offer 2-Day Express shipping at checkout for expedited shipping. Any orders purchased through BuyWithPrime will be shipped within 1-2 days.

How much will shipping cost?
Our flat rate shipping is $2.50 for orders under $30, and we offer free economy shipping for orders over $30.
We also offer $5 flat rate shipping for 2-Day Express shipping on orders under $50. If your order is over $50, you will qualify for free 2-Day Express shipping.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation, including a tracking number and a link to track your order, once it has been shipped. All orders are shipped from Southern California. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us here with your name, order number, and shipping address and we will look into it for you.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States, as we do not deliver to international addresses due to high shipping costs and long lead times. We are exploring our international distribution options, and if you're interested in being notified when Snactiv is available in your country/region, please contact us here.
How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us here including your name and order number. You can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it has not been packed and shipped yet. For in-stock orders, please note that they usually ship within one business day. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that are already in transit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including Amex, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa.
Are taxes included in the prices displayed on the product pages?
The prices displayed on product pages exclude tax and shipping fees. Taxes will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and applicable tax regulations.
Can I change my order?
If you need to add or remove items from your order, please contact us here with your name and order number. Changes can be made as long as your order has not been packed and shipped. Please note that in-stock orders typically ship within one business day. If your order has already been packed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it.
My order was marked as delivered, but I never got it - what can I do?
We apologize for the trouble! There are times that the tracking status is updated incorrectly and the package usually turns up a few days after the stated delivery. We also recommend checking your surrounding area, and your building's mailing room, and asking your neighbors if they received a package on your behalf.
If the package has not been located in the next 24 hours after it was marked as delivered, please contact us here with your name, order number, and full shipping details so we can make it right for you.
My order is missing, what can I do about it?
If your order has been in transit for more than 10 business days, it may be lost in transit.

Do they fit smaller or larger fingers?
The rubber finger slots on the Snactiv Pros are flexible enough to fit fingers of all sizes!
The Snactiv Lite is made of strong plastic, and its finger grips can fit most finger sizes. They work well for fingers up to 22mm in diameter.
